Burning sage or smudge can lift one’s mood it could also be a great ally against stress.

The practice of burning smudging is fairly simple, a seashell or bowl of ceramic, clay dishes, or glass to hold burning sage or capture ash, (optional you can use feathers or a fan for fanning the smoke).

White sage for example is used to remove negative influences, by burning the plant. During this process a sharp spicy aroma is released. It’s stronger than its counterpart Palo Santo, although sage is used more often. The original Latin name of this power plant is Salvia Apiana and it grows 100% naturally.

White sage is also called Indian incense. It is made from the silver-white leaves of the Salvia Apiana plant and grows on the coast of California. It is a sacred herb used by shamans of indigenous peoples in North America for centuries for purification ceremonies.
Hereby not only the living environment, but also the mind with all our thoughts is cleaned. Scientific research has shown that 94% of the bacteria in the room have been broken down after burning this herb.
