Reiki can:

Reiki healing helps people with stress, anxiety, depression, build confidence, self worth and general well being.  Reiki will help with ailments such as migraines, bad backs, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and many other problems. It can help the body as a whole; the mind, the body and the soul, both mentally and physically.

A Traditional Reiki treatment can feel like warm, gentle sunshine which flows through you, surrounds you and comforts you.  Reiki treats the person’s body, emotions, mind and spirit as a whole.  Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.  

It does not replace or compete with medical treatment.

Reiki is powerful, yet wonderfully gentle and nurturing.  During a treatment, you will remain fully clothed.  I will always ask you to remove your watch and anything magnetic as well as your shoes.   I rarely need to touch you with the exception of your crown chakra as I work within your energy field of your body and I never touch any private areas.  Some practitioners will ask you to turn onto your stomach half way through, but for your comfort I will not do this and will work through your chakras whilst laying on your back.  Playing in the background will be some relaxing music and this is when I will ask you to close your eyes and breath deeply (also where most people fall asleep).  Reiki is an effective alternative, or complement to massage therapy.  Reiki supports any medical, or supplemental healing methods you may be using and is of growing interest to chiropractors, medical doctors, physiotherapists, psychotherapists, psychologists and hypnotherapists.  

Remember, I am not the one doing the healing but merely allowing my body to be the vessel for other light beings and angels to channel through me to heal.

With my energy being attuned to the Master and Teacher frequency my vessel is able to transmit healing to a more deeper level.  This means the healing continues to work for a longer period following the healing session, in some cases up to 7 days.

After Care

After a crystal & Reiki healing session you will need to rest in order for the natural balance of your energy to settle. No strenuous exercise. Ensure you drink plenty of water or herbal drinks to aid your body to detoxify. On the day of treatment refrain from drinking any caffeinated drinks such as tea or coffee and try to avoid drinking alcohol. Healing will continue for a couple of days afterwards and in some cases this can be as much as a week. You may experience sensations such as tingling in a problem area, for example an injury. This is the continuation of the healing to rebalance and align your energy.  Many people find they are able to sleep better and feel more uplifted after each session, yet for some, they may feel more emotional than usual due to suppressed feelings. The treatment helps clear the body of negative energy and release harmful toxins.

Some ailments require consent from your doctor before healing can be given.

Many doctors now are encouraging their patients to have complementary treatments.  

A non refundable, non transferable deposit of £20 will be required to secure your appointment time which will be paid via bank transfer (all bank details will be provide at time of booking). Without a deposit your appointment WILL NOT be complete.
